2. General Conditions of Sale
These general conditions of sale define the commercial relations between the SARL SI-CREATIVE and the contractor. The services covered by these general terms of sale are those proposed by SARL SI-CREATIVE.
Prior to any transaction the customer acknowledges that they have read all of our general terms and conditions of sales and accept them. They are concluded for the duration necessary for the supply of the products.
3. Price
The prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included and SARL SI-CREATIVE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but is committed to applying the tariffs in force at the time of the order.
4. Means of payment
Accepted means of payment: credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
The amount will be debited once the order has been processed.
5. Shipping costs
Our Shipping Costs are defined on the "Delivery Mode" page. The products are then shipped by colissimo, unless unavailable. Delivery time depends on the country.
6. Responsibility
The seller cannot be held responsible for the breach of the contract of sale in case of force majeure, particularly in the event of a strike.
The seller discharges all responsibility for the use that the purchaser will make of the products. In no way does the comments and information provided on this site constitute a recommendation of treatment (preventive or curative), a prescription or a diagnosis or should be considered as such. SI-CREATIVE assumes no responsibility for the consequences of the use of this information.
On the other hand, the photographs reproduced on the site and illustrating the products presented do not enter a contractual field, as well as any error concerning the product description. The seller's liability cannot be incurred if an error has been inserted in one of these photographs.
The seller agrees to exchange at his expense any defective or damaged product. It is not included in this warranty any failure associated with the improper use or storage of the product by negligence or fault of the consumer. However items that do not match the customer's expectation must be returned to the new state in the original packaging. In the event of damage found on a parcel during delivery, it is the client's responsibility to issue reservations to the transport organisation and to send a copy of the deterioration declaration to the seller by letter RAR within 48 hours.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumer code)
In accordance with the law regulating the sale by mail, the purchaser has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the Code of consumption. The 15-day withdrawal period starts on the day of receipt of the goods. If the last day of this time falls on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
The purchaser is entitled to cancel his order during this period. This cancellation is effective as soon as it returns the goods, at its expense, and in the original packaging, by postal parcel against signature.
The buyer does not have to justify his change of opinion. SI-CREATIVE has a 30-day delay from receipt of the merchandise to repay the customer or make an exchange if the buyer wishes.
The present general Conditions of sale are governed by the Commercial Code of French law.
